This apartment is located in the small square in front of the Castelletto and has to entrances: one from the square and one from via Capitan Goro. A large door-window leads to the living room where one of the two sofas can be a single bed. The kitchen with a dining area can be reached with a few steps from the living room or from the other entrance in via Capitan Goro. The kitchen is equipped, besides common crockery and cutlery, by a gas cooker, electric oven, dish washer, fridge and freezer. The bedroom with a skylight is located on a balcony overlooking the kitchen. The bathroom with a shower is located at the rear of the kitchen. The apartment is autonomous as regards of heating and air conditioning. Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are located in a room at the garden of the Castelletto.

Guests can enjoy the large garden along with the pool, the fitness room and the barbecue. A wide car parking is available.

The kitchen is equipped with detergents, salt, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea, bottled water and milk.

A “welcome basket” contains some complimentary food products.

The apartment is supplied with bed linen, bath and pool towels
