Entrance from via del Fosso, at the back of the Castelletto. The apartment is located at the ground floor/mezzanine at the rear of the Castelletto. At a few steps from the entrance lead to the kitchen-dining room. It is equipped, besides common crockery and cutlery, by an induction cooker, microwave oven, dish washer, fridge and freezer. The living room has a sofa bed for single use. Four steps lead to the bedroom with double bed. All the windows look West with a view over the valley. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower and a courtesy set. The apartment is autonomous as regards of heating and air conditioning. Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are located in a room of the garden of the Castelletto.

Guests can enjoy the large garden along with the pool, the fitness room and the barbecue. A wide car parking is available.

The kitchen is equipped with detergents, salt, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea, bottled water and milk.

A “welcome basket” contains some complimentary food products.

The apartment is supplied with bed linen, bath and pool towels
