Entrance from via del Fosso, at the back of the Castelletto. The apartment is located at the ground floor at the rear of the Castelletto. The living room has a dining corner and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped, besides common crockery and cutlery, by an induction cooker, electric and microwave ovens, dish washer, fridge and freezer. An aisle with a cupboard leads to a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for single use. The bathroom ha s a large shower and a courtesy set. The windows of the living room and the kitchen look West over via del Fosso and the valley; the ones of the bedroom and bathroom look over the small garden of the Castelletto. The apartment is autonomous as regards of air conditioning. Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are located in a room of the large garden of the Castelletto.

Guests can enjoy the large garden along with the pool, the fitness room and the barbecue. A wide car parking is available.

The kitchen is equipped with detergents, salt, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea, bottled water and milk.

A “welcome basket” contains some complimentary food products.

The apartment is supplied with bed linen, bath and pool towels
